Blair and Saz were both born and bred in Wellington's western suburbs and they have been organising events ranging in size and style for over 10 years.

The Ignition came to be after noticing a lack of resources available to connect New Zealand's bands with venues and punters. After gaining experience in various industries and social groups they now have the resources and contacts that are vital assets to make this entertainment connection a success.

BANDS
The Ignition always has a variety of events taking place all over the country and we are always looking for a mix of fresh and seasoned talent to perform at them. We have opportunities for bands of all diversities, originals or covers and ranging from metal to jazz. If you are looking for a new and exciting way to get more people in your venue then we can help. We at The Ignition have more event ideas than we do venues and are always looking for new places all around the country where we can make these event concepts a reality. Throughout the year and throughout the country The Ignition run events of all sizes. For our larger and more specific events we require all types of other entertainers, from dancers to MC's and comedians. Whether it's a birthday, work function or just a big party with mates we provide full event management services. We can handle anything including the entertainment, food and the venue and anything else that you might throw at us.
